Hi Everyone,
Sorry to have missed another reunion last September. Have been thinking about our gatherings, though, and memory included our Class of '65 Central High Scholarship fund. We would be encouraged by the reunion organizers to contribute along with attending our reunion. So we did. But then our school had to be closed (scowly face here). So I found The Duluth Library Foundation on YouTube, connected to their website, downloaded/printed their contribution form, and sent an Honor of small donation naming our Class of 1965. (You can choose who they notify.) So I'm posting this here because they have a specific area of funding called "Every Child Ready Duluth" and that's as close to the whole scholarship idea as we can get. This is a 501(c)(3) organization, so a little help to one of Duluth's future scholars can go a long way. Sure, we all have our local library, and YM' and YW's, and kiddos family and extended. But, this is a way Our Class of Duluth Central High 1965 can continue to make a difference in our home town, and in the name of a beautiful school that never should have been put aside. Take Good Care, Stay Safe, and we'll see you up North soon enough. --Wyatt.
